Teyana Taylor Announces Solo Tour Amidst Jeremih Concert Drama

News

Teyana Taylor is keeping good on her promise to make it up to her fans after leaving the Later That Night tour due to a feud with her tour mate, Jeremih. On Thursday (Aug. 16), Taylor wrote on Twitter that she will continue her own tour titled the “KEEP THAT SAME ENERGY” tour and is bringing musician DaniLeigh along for the ride.

According to Twitter, Taylor’s Toronto concert stop will be rescheduled for later this week. However, the rest of the dates will remain the same.

#LaterThatNightTour will now be the #KTSEOnAlseVII TOUR,” wrote Taylor early Thursday. “Toronto will be rescheduled for later this week & All other dates will remain the same. I will also keep @DaniLeigh on as my special guest I promised y’all I would work it out regardless.#womenempowerment #LevelUp.”

On Wednesday (Aug. 15), Taylor took to social media to discuss Jeremih’s less-than-exemplary behavior while on tour. She called him “jealous” and “conniving,” and said that she would have hurt him had she stayed on the road with him any longer.

Jeremih responded with a shady Instagram post hours later, which prompted Taylor’s husband, NBA Star Iman Shumpert, to clap back at the singer’s behavior.

“If this is a threat you send it my way,” Shump wrote in his Instagram comments.
