Yeezy Season: Is Kanye West Teasing New Music Via Instagram?
We were gifted with Kanye West’s eighth studio-album ye earlier this year, and it doesn’t look like Yeezy Season is letting up just yet.
West made a return to Instagram earlier this week, posting pictures of sketches he’s doodled up, and also a few videos, including one of his daughter North singing Drake’s “In My Feelings.” Early this morning (Sept. 14), ‘Ye took his newfound Instagram use to his Stories, posting a two-part clip of him driving to the studio and working hard in the booth with his team. The song finds West singing before a beat drops.
Earlier this week, West teased on Twitter that there is a Watch The Throne 2 on the way. While there’s no word whether the collaborative effort will feature JAY-Z, there could be a chance that whatever he’s hinting at on Instagram aligns with this. However, there’s also the possibility it could be for his rumored upcoming project with Chance The Rapper. We guess we’ll have to wait and see.
Last week, West dropped a single and video “I Love It” featuring Lil Pump. The video, which features comedienne Adele Givens, inspired plenty memes, thanks to the big, boxy style outfits the two rappers wore throughout. The video premiered at the 2018 Pornhub Awards, and was executive-produced by Spike Jonze and directed by Amanda Adelson and West.
