Migos’ Takeoff Blasts Fans Into Outer Space With “The Last Memory”

As a group, Migos has single-handedly taken the hip-hop industry by storm. But each member has managed to shine just as bright alone. In his first solo venture, Takeoff has blessed fans with “The Last Memory.”

The barely 3-minute song was released late Thursday night (Oct. 25), featuring the Georgia boy with a spaced-out backtrack. Staying true to the Migos’ sound with background ad-libs, the Monsta Beatz-produced joint feels like you’re floating through the galaxy.

Given that this is one of the first solo tracks released by the 24-year-old, fans may be in for a treat as they discover just who Takeoff actually is.

Amid rumors and confirmations of the three Migos temporarily going solo, the new track could be expected to feature on Takeoff’s The Last Rocket album, set to hit airwaves November 2.

According to Billboard, the project boasts 10 tracks of DJ Durel-produced bangers.

The independent album arrives two weeks after Quavo released his first solo effort, Quavo Huncho (Oct. 12). Offset also received some love from his October 2017 project Without Warning.
