Eyrkah Badu, Faith Evans, And H.E.R Lead 2018 Soul Train Awards Nominations

The 2018 Soul Train Awards is going down next month. The nominees were recently unveiled on Thursday (Oct. 25), and there are a lot of fresh faces on this year’s list.

H.E.R leads this year’s pool of nominees with seven nominations. Bruno Mars and Cardi B follow with a whopping six nods each. Other Soul Train hopefuls include: Beyonce, SZA, Ella Mai, Daniel Caesar, Jorja Smith, Childish Gambino, Ashanti, and more.

In addition to the different category awards, Erykah Badu – who has previously hosted the BET event – will receive the Legend Award. Faith Evans will receive the Lady of Soul Award. Martin stars Tisha Campbell and Tichina Arnold will serves hosts for the star-studded event.

Presenters and performers will reportedly be announced in the coming weeks.

The 2018 BET Soul Train Awards will air on Nov. 25, on BET and BET HER. In the meantime, check out the full nominations list below.
