XXXTentacion Confessed To Domestic Abuse In New Audio

Pitchfork has obtained audio of the rapper admitted to abusing his ex-girlfriend.

XXXTentacion's troubled past has been a topic of debate even after he passed away earlier this year. Pitchfork recently obtained a secret audio recording of X in which the rapper seemingly admitted to physically abusing his ex-girlfriend.

The excerpt published is part of  a 27-minute tape that was reportedly recorded in Oct. 2016, according to Pitchfork. On the tape, XXX  – whose real name was Jahseh Dwayne Ricardo Onfroy – admitted to intimidating his ex-girlfriend and physically harming her.

"She fell through on every occasion until now," he says on the one-minute excerpt. "But I started f**king her up because she made one mistake. And from there, the whole cycle went down... Now she’s scared. That girl is scared for her life. Which I understand. You seen me. You know what I do to people. I will kill that bitch if she play with me."

The late rapper also spoke about an unsolved stabbing that reportedly occurred in Deerfield Beach in Jan. 2016, according to Noisey. "All of them boys knew, … I’m on New Times for stabbing, how many people they put in the news? They said three, it was eight. In Deerfield," he added.

As previously reported, XXXTentacion was accused of abusing his then-pregnant ex-girlfriend in Oct. 2016. Several documents from his court case were published online, alleging that he pushed her down the steps as well as assaulted her with a foreign object. He pled not guilty to all charges, maintaining that he was innocent.

Onfroy was shot and killed in June 2018 at the age of 20. In light of his passing, his abuse case was dropped.

Despite the clear evidence, Soulja Boy insisted that he was still the "comeback king" of last year due to his other business ventures. "I HAD THE BIGGEST COMEBACK OF 2018," he wrote. "I RELEASED MY OWN VIDEO GAME CONSOLE IM THE FIRST RAPPER IN HISTORY TO DO SO!"

As previously reported, Soulja first made the declaration during his interview on The Breakfast Club on Jan. 16. Meek Mill, Tory Lanez, and Lil Yachty previously defended Tyga against Soulja's remarks. Additionally, Soulja took shots at Drake, Kanye West, and the Migos for influencing their musical style.

A$AP Rocky Comments On R. Kelly: "He Needs To Be Dealt With"

A$AP Rocky stopped by Angie Martinez's Power 105.1 radio show to discuss his annual Yams Day celebration in honor of deceased A$AP Mob member, A$AP Yams. The event will take place Thursday (Jan. 17) at the Barclays Center.

While discussing the special guests that will take the stage, Rocky said that his "brother" French Montana is one of the MCs who will be there. When asked about French's recent comments about R. Kelly, Rocky decided to put his two cents in on the highly-publicized sexual misconduct allegations against the Pied Piper of R&B.

"Can I say something about that?" said Rocky when queried abut French's take on Kelly's legacy.  "I think [French] had a Kanye moment where he was trying to articulate something and his delivery just wasn't right. I think what he was trying to say was people like Bill Cosby, people like R. Kelly, [they] build up this legacy for a long time, and it just gets taken away."

Rocky continued by bringing up Kelly's marriage to the then-underage Aaliyah, expressing shock that her age on their marriage certificate was forged.

"Don't get me wrong- do I know if R. Kelly is a rapist and all that other stuff? It seems like he is," he exclaimed. "I mean, like he married Aaliyah when she was, like, 15... He married Aaliyah at 14, 15… how old was he when that alleged video came out? Too g*d damn old. I look at it like this. If that man has a sickness, he needs to be dealt with. He done beat the court dates… it goes to show the whole system is corrupted… R. Kelly was the King of R&B… and this motherf**ker now is known for being a sex pedophile.”

Watch his comments above around the 16:40 mark.
