Pusha T Slams "Corny Tech Dude" For Drake-Dissing Stage Visuals At Camp Flog Gnaw
The rapper said the tactic wasn't his style.
Quickly picked up on social media and the festival's live steam, the words "F**k Drake" were plastered behind Push during his uproarious performance. It's not uncommon that fans would chant the message during the "Santeria" rapper's performances, but he quickly noted the moment as a move made by a worker at the Tyler the Creator-made festival.
"Corny a** tech dude fucking with my screens at @CampFlogGnaw," he tweeted. "I speak for myself and all of you know how I make my statements!! Dissing anybody on screen isn’t part of my show."
There was no bad feeling towards Tyler as he thanked him for the opportunity to perform. We are well aware of the rapper's brash diss style. "Infrared" initially targeted Drake at the top of the summer, but it was "The Story of Adidon" that revealed an upcoming shoe line inspired by his "secret son" he reportedly had with a former sex worker.
Despite the fumble, his set was hit with fans who praised him on social media. Pusha's festival sets currently consist of songs from his critically-acclaimed album DAYTONA as well as a few scene-stealing verses on "New God Flow," "Don't Like (Remix), and a bit of Clipse tunes like the classic, "Grindin."
Drake and Push's beef has waned, but new details came to light recently when Push revealed he received his information from a woman dating Drake's close friend and collaborator Noah "40" Shebib. It was previously assumed Push found out about Drake's child through Kanye West, due to his own growing quibbles with the entertainer.
