Tupac Estate Commemorates 20th Anniversary Of 'Greatest Hits' Album With Inspired Merch
The Tupac Estate is doing big things with the late rapper's legacy.
Two decades after Tupac Shakur's posthumous album Greatest Hits, the late rapper's estate is celebrating the milestone with a limited edition collection of vinyl and clothing.Revealing a new line of hats, t-shirts, hoodies, and long sleeve tees, each piece bears the face or moniker of the honorable rapper and poet.
The four-part vinyl set comes in black or clear color options. Including 21 of Shakur's most notable joints, the updated album will incorporate four unreleased tracks “God Bless the Dead,” “Unconditional Love,” “Troublesome ’96,” and “Changes.” The LP will also integrate the original "California Love" mix.
Monday's (Nov. 26) celebration comes nearly three weeks after a collaboration between Tupac's estate and Marvel's Black Panther was unveiled with Foot Locker.
Twenty-three years after the Pac's murder, the estate has been working diligently to keep the legacy of the "Dear Mama" rapper alive. Being that the team has been teasing new music since winning back rights to the musician's unreleased music in October, this may be the project they hinted at on Instagram six days prior to the official release.
