Katt Williams has found himself in yet another legal disaster. The fallen comedian's former personal assistant is suing for $1 million in battery and assault charges, alleging that her employer knocked her unconscious.
According to legal documents obtained by TMZ, the accuser, who has now been identified as Angela Triplett-Hill, says Williams assaulted her while she was his personal assistant on a movie set in Los Angeles in 2014. Williams' attack was allegedly provoked when Triplett-Hill took a phone call, which led to the comedian lunging at her. He then allegedly yanked the phone from her hands, before "violently striking" her repeatedly in the face and slamming her to the ground, which ultimately knocked her unconscious. Triplett-Hill was reportedly hospitalized for three days.
Unfortunately this isn't the only legal trouble Williams is tied up in at the moment. He has most recently been charged with a misdemeanor battery offense over an altercation with a female employer at a LA restaurant in June 2016. And only months prior, Katt made headlines again for fighting with a teenager on a school playground and for allegedly chucking a salt shaker at a restaurant manager's head in Atlanta.
Stay tuned to see how Katt's most recent legal battle pans out.
