A 19-year-old Michigan teen has won the title of "Best Son Ever." According to KTLA 5, an Ingham County teen who, chooses to remain nameless, won half a million dollars in a lottery scratch-off. But instead of spending it on himself, he's giving most of it to his parents.
“I’m going to keep about $5,000 for myself to invest and I’m going to give the rest to my parents,” the said said after claiming his winnings. “My parents have done so much for my sister and me, helping them takes a big weight off of their shoulders and mine.”
The teen didn't offer any details into what he would invest his money in, but said he was thrilled he could help his family. "It’s just incredible,” he said. “I can’t get the smile off my face."
