Simone Biles is one of the sports world's key purveyors of joy. Her infectious smile and personality, coupled with her goddess-like skills as an Olympic-level gymnast, makes it nearly impossible to dislike her.

The golden girl showed off her megawatt grin during a guest performance with the Houston Texans' cheerleading squad on Sunday (Dec. 10) during their game against the San Francisco 49ers. She is reportedly the first honorary Houston Texans cheerleader.

The Texas native tweeted a few years ago that "in [her] next life," she'd be cheering on the squad, and it looks like her wish was granted much earlier than that. Not only did she get to perform with the girls- Biles also attended two practices during the week, and donned their uniform (complete with the signature red boots) while cheering on the sidelines.

"I was so excited because I tweeted...and then they asked, and I was like, 'Oh snap, it's getting real,'" she told The Houston Chronicle before the game.

Biles also updated the publication on her progress back in the gym. It's been a little over a year since her historic 2016 Olympic run.

"[Training is] going pretty well, obviously you still have rough days because you have to work on the consistency on being in the gym and I still have been traveling just a little bit," she explained. "I've dimmed down a lot so most of the time I'm at home training, which is really good."
