Nicki Minaj and Funkmaster Flex let their bygones be bygones Tuesday (Aug. 14) when they sat for nearly 90 minutes to discuss their tumultuous relationship, her new album Queen and rumors her ex-boyfriend Safaree Samuels wrote a few of her raps.
During the exchange, the "Chun Li" artist vehemently denied any man writing any of her songs, including her ex, and accused Samuels of using her money to pay for prostitutes while they were together. It didn't take long for Samuels to get wind of Minaj's accusations and for him to fire back with some of his own.
Like most people with Wi-Fi, Nicki Minaj saw Safaree's tweets and took to Twitter to respond in kind, going as far as to say she paid $10,000 for ex-boyfriend's hairline.
Nicki Minaj and Safaree were in a relationship for more than a decade, and while the two haven't been together for close to five years, the anger and animosity towards one another still runs deep.
Minaj, who just released her first album in four years last Friday, said she would reveal more about Samuels this Thursday on her new show with Apple radio.
So if any of you want more tea, it's coming.
