Born in Toronto, she holds a B.A. Honors in Journalism and English from the University of Toronto. In 2006, she moved to New York City to pursue an M.A. in Africana Studies at New York University and now resides in Brooklyn. Always on the pulse of trending stories, current events, and breaking news in Black entertainment and culture, Siobhan oversees the VIBE Newsroom. A lifelong foodie, proud Jamaican-Canadian, and self-proclaimed grammar Nazi, Siobhan's worked for top-industry outlets like E! News and Black Enterprise and Latina magazines.
