Hailing from California’s Inland Empire, Audio Push have had a groundbreaking 2014. Their breakthrough track “Shine” became regular radioplay, they toured with ScHoolboy Q and are preparing to drop their debut full-length LP on Interscope. Along the way, the collaboration “Grindin’ My Whole Life” with their fellow IE comrades, including Hit-Boy, under the moniker HS87, was remixed by G-Unit around the release of the HS87 compilation album We the Plug.
Audio Push are only just getting started. For the first summer episode of Road Warriors, VIBE followed the duo – Oktane and Price — on the road with Schoolboy Q on the Oxymoron tour. Check out life on the road with Audio Push as they take the stage for a show in Santa Ana, Calif. — lots of pre-show skateboarding is involved — and head off to Las Vegas in part 2.
Road Warriors, a VIBE original series, airs the second week of every month.
