Bad Bunny and J. Balvin took complete advantage of MTV VMA’s production budget with their out of body performance that was “Que Pretendes.”
Latino gang prevailed Monday (Aug. 26) as the two took to the stage for their popular Oasis cut and showcased bright and colorful world fans got lost in. Inflatable but animatronic animals danced around the stage as the two danced in exaggerated mascot outfits.
It was a lot to take in seeing as clouds, rainbows and other elements of their world floated in the air. Towards to the end of the performance, Balvin and Bunny would also head to the sky singing their hit jam.

The set was one to remember. Taking a creative risk in front of an American audience as clear as the VMA’s might’ve been a dicey plan, but it seemed to work out in their favor.

Earlier that evening Balvin took to the VMA stage with Rosália with the two winning the”Best Latin” video for their single “Con Altura.” Recently, Bunny dropped a new video for their next single “Cuiado Por Ah.”
