
After earning 23 gold albums, the U.S. National Medal of Arts, three Grammy awards, four Latin Grammy awards, after scoring a bio-based drama (which you can watch in full here) and years of defying standards as a black woman musician in and beyond Havana, Cuba, The Queen of Salsa is being honored with a Lifetime Achievement Award at the Grammys, 13 years after her death. Needless to say, we couldn’t be any more proud.
