Colombian reggaeton superstar J Balvin is set to perform at the 2017 MTV Movie & TV Awards, alongside Pitbull and Camila Cabello.
The trio will be performing their latest hit “Hey Ma,” which is part of The Fate of the Furious soundtrack. The Energia singer recently told E! News his sentiments behind the upcoming performance, which will mark the song’s official television debut.
“I’m very grateful, this is the first time that I’m going to be at the MTV Movie Awards performing the soundtrack to The Fate of the Furious with Pitbull, Camila Cabello and myself,” said the VIBE Viva digital cover star. “I can’t believe it, and I’m very grateful. It’s another step in my career.”
“It’s going to be fire, you know, it’s the Latin vibes,” he continued. “I’ve always been a big fan, that’s why it’s so crazy to me right now.”
The award show will be held at the Shrine Auditorium in Los Angeles on Sunday (May 7), at 8 p.m., and will be hosted by Adam Devine.
You can also catch the “Safari” singer on tour in Europe, and back in the states at The Neon Desert Music Festival on May 27.
