Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony performed the Pimpinela classic “Olvidame y Pega la Vuelta” at the 2016 Latin Grammys, causing hysteria inside Las Vegas’ T-Mobile Arena.
The salsa icon was honored as Person of the Year by the Latin Recording Academy for his contributions in the Latin music industry and philanthropic efforts. “Marc is a living legend,” Lopez said. “He is a magical and pure artist creating classics that will stay forever. He will always be many things in my life.”
The former couple’s love of one another was clearly visible, but what happened after Lopez handed Anthony his award sealed the deal. A roaring crowd began to chant “kiss” and, before we knew it, the two happily obliged with a small smooch on the mouth.

Everyone was left wondering what was going on between J. Lo and Marc, not to mention his wife. A witty Anthony took to Instagram to make light of his presumed moment of passion with his ex by kissing several of his surrounding friends–fellas included–and then sharing the moment and calling it #ElBesoEffect.
Think it worked?
