Colombian singer Juanes has been keeping mum about his new album, until now, and he’s dropping some major hints.
The “Volverte a Ver” singer recently took to Instagram to share a photo with burgeoning singer-songwriter, Kali Uchis, né Karly Loaiza. According to Billboard, Juanes’ new project, titled Mis Planes Son Amarte will include a collaboration between the two. “Parcera, it was a pleasure making music with you. We’re going full force to Mars. Very inspired with your talent and attitude,” Juanes captioned the post.
Kali replied to these sentiments in pure gratitude, saying she feels “extremely blessed.”
“Studio last night with the legend. I’m still in shock that this happened man, apparently one of his friends sent him the “Ridin Round” video and now here we are,” she continued.
Kali has worked with likes of Diplo, Snoop Dogg and Tyler the Creator. Her vocals are also a part of American Horror Story’s trailer for its latest season. Additionally, her music will be featured on the Season 6 soundtrack. With that said, we’re definitely ready to hear what Uchis and Juanes have in the works.
