Puerto Rican rapper Mike Towers, who became viral after releasing his catalog of music on Soundcloud, is ready for the big time. Inspired by the harsh realities of el barrio, Mike mirrors his real-life ambition of making a fortune in “Dinero En Mano (Cash On Hand),” the first single off his highly anticipated El Fin Del Principio (The End of the Beginning) mixtape.
“‘Dinero En Mano’ centers around the idea that men, both, of honest and illegal work share a monetary instinct and desire to gain wealth,” explains the up-and-comer to VIBE Viva. “Everybody ‘trusts in God,’ but no one — good or bad — puts faith in the next man when it comes to what is theirs.”
