It’s hard to imagine how a women with two hit shows could make time for family, but Shonda Rhimes is slowly, but surely laying the blueprint. The TV writer/producer recently announced on Twitter that she’s just added a third child to her family.
“Been AWOL from Twitter. I totally have a good reason: TINY HUMAN #3 is here and she’s perfect! Babies are good. Life is good. #2shows3kids,” she announced.
Rhimes previously adopted daughter Harper in 2002 and Emerson in 2012, joining a small group of known black Tinseltown figures who’ve done the same. Meanwhile, the adoptive baby boom is alive and well in white Hollywood. With celebrities like Angelina Jolie and Sandra Bullock leading the way, more and more entertainers are opting for multi-racial families. It may be controversial, but this is one Hollywood trend that shows no signs of slowing down.
