There’s no better feeling than learning that your favorite artist is dropping some new heat for you to listen to. The year 2014 has brought us some quality works of art from some of the greats. Recently Chris Brown, Jhene Aiko and Jeezy have been spearheading the fall line up, but we are still awaiting the season finales like Joey Badass, Vince Staples and Luke James.
Although it would be nice if some of these creatives could make an album every year, but for the sake of the artistry it’s probably best that they pace themselves and take their time on each project. Success certainly doesn’t happen overnight.With the new year slowly, but surely approaching, we can’t help but wonder who will drop their album in 2015. There is definitely speculation of who may put out a project, but nothing has been confirmed. Here’s Vixen’s choice of albums we’d like to see released next year.

K.Dot blessed us with good kid, m.A.A.d city in 2012 and we’ve been patiently waiting for more ever since.
J. Cole
We are definitely hoping for another Cole summer real soon. Although Born Sinner was just last year, Cole fans know that that’s still a year too many.
Her album was supposed to be released this year, but it was pushed back. We’re ready Roc Nation.
We are well aware that Nas will forever be cooking some fire up in the studio. Although his last album was Life is Good in 2012, he can’t stay away from hip hop and he has yet to publicly speak about retiring.
October’s Very Own won’t be having an album of his own this October, but we hope that he’s working on one for 2015.
Of all the news that we’ve heard of Rihanna, we have yet to hear some news of an album. Perhaps she’s developing something right now.
Although Yeezus has a lot going on with his Adidas collaboration and fatherhood, we’d sure like to hear some 2015 bangers from the iconic rap genius.
Lil B
He’s always cooking up something strange and new for his fans. The 101-song mixtape was awesome and we can’t wait to see what he has in store next.
She’s still making music, touring and performing, so it’d be nice if we could hear some of her exclusive stuff. She definitely has an in-house studio, so come back to the mainstream for a little, Ms. Badu!
We were blown away by the eccentricity of Electric Lady in 2013 and we’re ready for more from this eclectic beauty.
His features have been super dope lately and we’re ready for his big bang.
Frank just stirred up controversy and disappeared for a minute. The Channel Orange craze is still happening, however.
Jay Rock
Pretty much everyone in TDE had a new project, so Jay Rock has to be next.
His project Crenshaw—which was a $100 mixtape—was a genius marketing move that got him a lot of attention. Can’t wait to see how much he’s charging for his next album.
There is speculation of her album dropping in October and we hope that this is true. If not, we would definitely like to hear it by the new year.
