Watching Bow Wow interview Ciara earlier this week was a bit uncomfortable. The famous exes—who collaborated for “Like You”—sat across each other on the 106&Park couches as we conjured up their inner thoughts. And we can’t forget that Ashanti (who executive produces a Fuse News series) convinced ex-boyfriend Nelly to stop by for a visit. The twosome—who dated for almost 10 years—seemed at ease with one another as they asked and answered questions. Check out our list of other couples who should’ve stayed together.
Trina and Lil Wayne
As a couple, these two quickly became the king and queen of rap music. The combination of Wayne’s boss persona and Trina’s “baddest bit*h” swag kept them in the news.

J-Lo and Marc Anthony
These two were the Latino Brad and Angie. We loved watching their passionate performances together on the stage and on the silver screen. But, in true J-Lo fashion, this marriage lasted only a couple years.

Halle Berry and Michael Ealy
Halle’s never had luck in the love department, but we were so excited to see her dating Their Eyes Were Watching God co-star Michael Ealy. These two are by far one of the best looking couples to ever exist in Hollywood.

Erykah Badu and Andre 3000
Erykah and Andre were hip-hop’s first offbeat couple. She helped start the neo-soul movement and he brought his funky southern rhymes to a global audience. Artists of such historic proportions were bound to make sweet music together. Who knows what kind of music they could’ve made had they not broken up years ago.
Nas and Kelis
They had a real nasty break-up, but we think these two were a match made in heaven. Both were known for speaking their minds through music, so a romantic connection was bound to happen. We doubt a reunion will happen, but we have our fingers crossed.
