You won’t have to worry about any makeshift interferences or those endless stories your girlfriends put into your head. If you’re secure in your position, his female best friend isn’t as big a threat as she may seem.

2. She’s in a relationship of her own…

This can be considered a free pass. If your significant other’s female bestie has a boyfriend, her time and attention is being occupied by someone else. No need to wonder if she’s “too close” to your man. You can eliminate a lot of questions or what-if scenarios after and even enjoy a few double dates.

If you have a close guy pal, you can’t be hypocritical about his friendship with “her.” You have to look at his relationship, just like you look at yours–strictly platonic.
