1. Ball Squat
Not like your normal plie, this ball bend helps you keep your balance while executing the perfect squat. With the ball on your lower back and your knees behind your toes, this exercise will work out your butt as well as abs and legs.
2. Backward Lunge
Add some variety to your workout with this backward lunge, which is a tougher workout than your classic forward lunge. Good posture while performing this exercise is key; your knees shouldn’t go over your toes.
3. Bridge
For super glutes, try this floor exercise that works both your hamstrings and hips. This workout isn’t about speed—it’s all in the hips—so squeeze and slowly move up, holding for a few seconds and then back down.
4. Dirty Dog
One of the most popular exercises, formally known as the “fire hydrant,” is a sure way to build a plump posterior. Your muscles will be screaming after a few reps, but it’s well worth it. With knees apart and hands under your shoulders, pull one knee up rotating it outward and slowly back down, then repeat.
5. Mountain Climbers
Burn calories while perfecting your backside with this trusty trick. Running in place by bringing one knee up toward your chest at a time will help your execute this exercise.
