Great joint albums are hard to come by. Artists talk them up, but rarely execute. Now hip-hop’s royal couple, Jay Z and Beyonce, are rumored to be on the run…to the studio to record an album together. The Internet has gone crazy over the rumor of a Bey Z album, but there are other romantic duos who could make their love come alive on wax.
Take a look at seven other couples who could make sparks fly in the studio and come out with a joint album.

Wiz Khalifa and Amber Rose
The TGOD captain isn’t the only one in this relationship with talent. Muva Rosebud made an attempt at singing in 2012 with her single “Fame,” featuring Wiz, and also popped up as a plus one on her hubby’s song “Never Been Part II” from his 2012 mixtape, Taylor Allerdice. Since it seems like Wiz is the only one that can help Amber put her best foot forward on track, a joint album with one of hip-hop’s cutest couples may work.

Remy Ma and Papoose
Since her release from an eight-year stint in prison, Remy Ma and her husband Papoose have been around. They both have bars for days, but they haven’t had a hit track as solo artists in a minute. While we understand why Remy hasn’t been flooding the charts, after Papoose came out of nowhere during Kendrick Lamar’s 2013 performance for Hot 97’s Summer Jam, it was only right to think that there was some new material and an album coming but there were crickets. The Brooklyn spitter has yet to have a hit album and the streets are dying to hear some new music from Remy. In between posting cutesy pics on Instagram, these two lovebirds should hop in the studio together and go bar for bar on a joint album.

Ciara and Future
There has been he-say-she-say about Ciara and Future’s relationship being on the rocks, but the two seem to be going strong. These two like doing songs together, so a joint album doesn’t seem out of the ordinary for the “Anytime” collaborators. There’s no doubt that he can pen a hit love song (you can’t deny Rihanna’s “Loveeee Song”) and that Ciara can sing one. Both of their album sales have been meh lately, so joining forces could work.
