Butt Bridges
1. Start on your hands and knees, arms shoulder width apart.
2. Squeeze gluteus while exteding left leg up and back until hips are parallel to your back.
3. Lower leg back to starting position.
Repeat 10 times then switch.

Single-Leg Bridge
1. Lay faceup, knees bent, feet hip width apart – flat on the ground, and palms facing down at your sides.
2. Raise your right leg, 90 degrees
3. Use your core to raise your glutes off the floor until body is aligned from left knee to shoulders.
4. Slowly lower your bottom to the ground.

Squats
1. Stand with arms extended in front of you and legs a little more than shoulder width apart.
2. Keep back up while lowering body into a squat position.
3. Push through your heels, tilt your pelvis outward, and squeeze gluteus while coming up.

1. Begin Standing.

Standing Hip Circles
1. Begin Standing, hands on hips.
2. Bend right leg to 90 degrees in front of you, inline with your hips.
3. In a circular motion, rotate to the right side.
4. Place foot down repeat on other side.
