Jennifer Hudson isn’t the girl next door. She’s-a-ride-or-die chick and she’s dangerous—at least according to her latest track.
As the singer prepares to release her third studio album, JHUD, she stopped by the Today Show to entice the audience. She performed a few oldies like “And I Am Telling You I’m Not Going,” before getting the crowded streets of New York grooving to her newest single, “Dangerous.”
Rocking an edgy short ‘do and red pout, she sang about holding her man down no matter what: “I do it for the thrill, even if it kills / Dangerous, you make me feel dangerous. The mid-tempo track was written by 1985.
The song will be featured on the follow-up project to her ’11 release, I Remember Me, which is slated to drop on September 23rd.
