Karrueche Tran is two for two with 106 and Park. Last week it was the #AskKarrueche fail and this week Karrueche disses Blue Ivy on national TV.
Continuing her co-hosting for BET’s countdown show, she made fun of Beyoncé and Jay Z’s mini royalty during the show’s VMAs skit, “Top Six Things Blue Ivy Thought At The VMAs.” She was almost done with the skit and controversy free until she added, “I really did wake up like this, because my parents never comb my hair,” into her top six.
She publicly apologized on air immediately after, (“Sorry Blue! I love you,”) but the damage was done and the Beyhive was already buzzing.
While the millions of viewers that tuned into the VMAs thought Blue’s TV time was an overload of adorableness, who ever created the script for Tran felt otherwise and in-turn it seemed so did Chris Brown’s gf. In the midst of her name being dragged through the dirt, she put herself on damage control and cleared up any confusion through her Twitter. “Now y’all know I LOVE me some Beyoncé and Blue Ivy! I didn’t write this script y’all lol,” and “I’m definitely team #Beyhive.”
The shade show continued for hours before it died down. The Beyhive—as expected—had no mercy and either she logged off for the night or she took it as another loss of the week. Either way check out the funniest and meanest tweets (unfortunately) at Kae’s expense.
