Vixens, it’s official (well, according to TMZ). The search for Joan Rivers Fashion Police replacement is over.
With the rumor mill brewing up tea of Tyra Banks being in the running for the job, we were 100% unsure of who would become the new face of Fashion Police. But, all bets are off and after all Kathy Griffin beat out all the other candidates for the job. Griffin will be Rivers successor, joining Giuliana Ranic, Kelly Osbourne, and Geoge Kotsiopoulos (who may or may not come back to show) on the hosting panel. “Joan has always given her blessing to Kathy. [She] wanted Kathy to be her successor,” a source close to the show told US Weekly.
In addition to changes on the hosting panel, the show’s entire format and airing will be quite different as well. According to TMZ, “Fashion Police will not be a weekly series going forward. Instead, E! will roll it out during awards shows and other occasion as event programming.”
E! has yet to announce an airing date for the show, but Vixens will you be tuned in?
