Guess a budding modeling career doesn’t make you a model citizen.
Kendall Jenner wasn’t too happy while dining out with friend Hailey Baldwin, 17, at Mercer Kitchen in New York on August 4. She was reportedly not pleased with the staff because they “wouldn’t serve her [liquor] because she’s underage,” a source told The New York Post. The source then added, “Kendall got up and left and didn’t pay for all the food . . . about $60 worth, and without a tip.”
Things continued to go downhill when the server, who just so happened to be MTV’s “Skins” actress Blaine Morris, ran outside to get Jenner to pay her bill.
The Post‘s source claims the 18-year-old Jenner began to laugh before taking a couple $20 bills out of her wallet. She then “threw them at the server and walked away, not even counting if it was enough or if it included a tip.”
Soon after Morris took to Twitter to tweet about the experience: “That horrible moment you chase a Kardashian down the street because she forgot to pay her bill to be thrown money in your face.”
Jenner’s rep didn’t comment on the dining fiasco, but a rep for Baldwin suggested it to be a misunderstanding, telling The Post:
“They thought everything was paid for. Kendall was polite and asked, ‘Does this cover it?’ They didn’t run.”
Oh Kardashians, just when we start to rally for you guys, you have a “misunderstanding” like this.
