1. Try Lip Liners
Lip liners are totally old school, but they work. When you buy your lipstick from M.A.C, purchase the lip liner as well. Lip liners prevent your lippy from bleeding and smudging.
This may seem silly, but dabbing eyeshadow or blush on your lips will keep color in place for hours. For those lippies that are hard to match, just dab a translucent powder on top, the white will disappear and leave a matte finish.
Lip erase neutralizes the color of your lips to make your lippy appear truer in color and act as a magnet. Your lipstick will cling to this balm and last for hours.
Forget about shiny lips—swipe on a matte lipstick instead. Creamy lipsticks or lustrous glosses dry out and wear away a lot faster than their matte counter parts.
Instead of rushing to put on lipstick, take a little extra time to perfect your pout. Apply lipstick with a brush instead of straight out of the tube. The thinner layers will dry quicker and stay longer.
