What has leather heels and costs more than your home and your car combined? Nick Cannon’s shoe game. Most of us wouldn’t even know what $2 million shoes look like, but thanks to Mariah’s estranged hubby, now we do. The comedic actor graced the stage of America’s Got Talent last night sporting reported Tom Ford diamond-incrusted shoes. The loafers were custom made by the founder of Jason of Beverly Hills, Jason Arasheben.
The artistic creation started with a pair of leather Tom Fords. Arasheben took his creative tweaking to the next level when he decided to bling out the slippers with more than 14k full-cut, round diamonds, set on white gold for a total of 340 carats. Although Nick’s scheme may seem purposeless and quite demeaning, it does make for a cool story and perhaps a section in the Guinness Book of World Records for the most valuable pair of shoes ever made. They are reportedly being reviewed to be named the “most valuable pair of shoes in the world.”
