Rihanna is taking her business acumen to another level. After solidifying a few beauty partnerships under her belt, the “Needed Me” singer will finally launch her own makeup line.
According to Vogue, Rih teamed up with the Kendo branch, LVMH, to create Fenty Beauty which will be available for purchase in 2017. Per a statement from chief executive officer of Kendo, David Suliteanu, “Fenty Beauty by Rihanna is a beauty rocket ship that will appeal to a huge and diverse global audience. We are aiming for the stars.”
This isn’t the 28-year-old’s first foray into the beauty industry though. From CoverGirl to MAC’s Viva Glam items to a bevy of perfumes, Rihanna has received a taste of what to expect from this latest venture, which she’ll surely dominate once her line drops for the masses.
In the meantime, Rih continues her national trek on her ANTI world tour, heading to the Windy City for Friday night’s (Apr. 15) event.
