Sad news for G.R.L. fans. 25 year old Simone Battle–a group member and former X Factor contestant– was found dead in her Los Angeles home earlier today. The reason behind her untimely passing is still a mystery, but her record label has since released a statement confirming the sad news.
“We are deeply saddened by the tragic news of the loss of Simone Battle of G.R.L. Simone was an exceptional young talent and human being, and we are all devastated to learn of her passing. Our thoughts and prayers are with her family and loved ones at this time.”
