After a Staten Island grand jury failed to indict 29 year old officer Daniel Pantaleo for placing a band NYPD choke hold on 43-year-old Eric Garner that resulted in his death, the NAACP impressively researched every unarmed black person killed by the police in the United States starting back in 1999. It begins with the horrific killing of Amadou Diallo, a 23 year old immigrant from Guinea who was shot 41 times by four white police officers, all of whom were found not guilty. And the last name (as of now) is from Dec.2, 2014 with the shooting death of 34-year-old father of four Rumain Brisbon in Phoenix, Arizona.
