ABC continues to carry out Dick Clark’s New Year’s Eve tradition with Ryan Seacrest. The dearly departed Dick Clark will be honored in a tribute that will air from 7 to 9 p.m. ET. Then, at 9 p.m. ET Ryan Seacrest will pick up the broadcast live from Times Square along with his co-hosts Fergie and Jenny McCarthy.

2. NBC New Year’s Eve with Carson Daly!

3. FOX New Year’s Eve Live!
FOX takes it’s New Years Eve live broadcast to Las Vegas’ Mandalay Bay Resort & Casino this year. Guest appearances include Marlon Wayans, Carmen Electra and X Factor winner Tate Stevens. FOX will begin coverage at 11 p.m. ET and will cut to Times Square for the countdown and the ball drop at midnight.
