During a taping of Love And Hip Hop New York, on-again-off-again couple Joe Budden and Tahiry Jose were captured in Times Square where Joe reportedly proposed. However, YBF reports that Tahiry declined the Slaughterhouse member’s offer. The couple has yet to confirm.
We’re sure plenty of celebs get rejected when down on bended knee—sometimes it takes a whole day to recognize sunshine.
