The Philadelphia Eagles have been one of the most offensively talented teams (on paper) in the NFL for a few seasons now. However, they failed to turn top notch talent into anything more than potential. First they let go of Michael Vick, who recently signed with the Jets. Oddly enough, they then signed free agent, former Jets quarterback Mark Sanchez. As if that weren’t sign enough that Philly was in destroy to rebuild mode, today they let go of fan favorite wide receiver DeSean Jackson.
The three time Pro Bowl receiver was reportedly on the trading block, but it still comes as a shock that the Eagles would simply let him go and not try to get something from another team in return for his departure. The 27-year-old still has a lot left in the tank and it won’t take long before he signs a new contract to catch touchdowns for another team. So which franchise could use his help the most? Read on to find out.
