Who: Lindsay Lohan
Fail: Lindsay Lohan did 5 hours in jail of what was supposed to be a 30 day sentence for violating her probation. However, she did a short bid because of prison overcrowding. This is like her 10th time in jail for 20 minutes, which is a win for her since nothing seems to stick. The California Corrections System fails for not handling their facilities properly. Get it together and give a Hollywood actress the same type of punishment that the average Jane would get!
