In a perfect world, Frank Ocean’s long anticipated sophomore album would’ve dropped by now. As we know, the world is far from perfect, Ocean’s working on his own schedule, causing fans to stage a social media revolt on Sunday (July 31).
They’re basically tweeting through the pain, because the month of July marks four-years since his Channel Orange, debut was released.
Over the last two years, alleged release dates for the new album have come and gone. Most recently Ocean’s album was rumored to be out in July.
That clearly didn’t happen.

On the other hand, patience is a virtue. Maybe the fans just need to chill?
Wish we could stop acting like Frank Ocean owes us anything. It'll drop when it drops. There's plenty great music out there until then.
