As the 65th Annual Grammy Awards began its countdown until show time, a slew of celebrities walked the red carpet as attendees filed into Los Angeles’ Crypto.com Arena on Sunday (Feb. 5). From Lizzo and her extravagant orange cape and gown to Blac Chyna’s feathered ensemble, many of music’s biggest stars put their best (and at times creative) foot forward for the Recording Academy’s broadcasted celebration.
Hosted by Trevor Noah, this year’s ceremony featured performances from the likes of Lizzo, a Motown and Smokie Robinson tribute by Stevie Wonder and more, DJ Khaled and Jay-Z’s lengthy single, and much more. Hip-Hop’s finest made an appearance for the genre’s 50th-anniversary performance curated by Questlove with LL Cool J and Black Thought at the helm. Beyonce made Grammy Awards history, and Quavo delivered an emotional tribute to his late nephew Takeoff.
