Tonight (August 2), Jay Z will premier his video for “Picasso Baby” to the masses, but not in any regular fashion. The performance-art project will debut on HBO exclusively at 11 p.m. E.T. This is a first for a hip-hop artist, and not only elevates the delivery of music videos, but displays how the industry is changing under Jay Z’s #NewRules regime.
