You know you’ve hit the big time in the sports world when people start wearing your name on a jersey. But how must it feel to have your very own backpack? The New York Giants’ Odell Beckham Jr., the Miami Dolphin’s Jarvis Landry and the Cincinnati Bengals’ Jeremy Hill now know that particular feeling.
The trio have collaborated with Sprayground backpacks and released their very own limited-edition bags, which are reflective of each “Royal Family” member’s personality. OBJ’s “F-13 Wingman” backpack includes his jersey number, 13, and removable side wings, reflective of the wide receiver’s supernatural abilities on the field. Landry’s “Miami Drift” backpack, made to look like a Lamborghini, is a nod to his city and his personal journey. Louisiana native Hill designed his “Tiger Mob” backpack with a Bourbon Street inspiration, and it comes complete with a “Stay Turnt 32” logo.
Sprayground was founded in 2010 by NYC designer David Ben-David. Originally started as a blank backpack company that made it easier for street artists to hold their spray cans, the brand has grown to include outerwear offerings. Many celebrities such as Christina Milian, Chris Brown and Spike Lee have collaborated with Sprayground to create a whole new look for the rad bags.
The #SPRAYGROUNDxRF collection officially launches today. The bags range from $65-$75, and once they are out of stock, they are out of stock for good, so cop them while you can!
