Nicole Murphy just put all of our body goals to shame with her latest pictorial for BOMBSHELL by Bleu.
The 47-year-old reality star, model and entrepreneur flaunts her ridiculously toned bod for the boxing-themed shoot. Shot by Bryan Taylor Johnson, the mother-of-five knocks out the competition with her mid-section that boasts of a sexy 6-pack and killer, mile-long legs. UK supermodel David McIntosh also is seen in the shoot, as Murphy rocks sexy swimwear, heels and boxing gloves.
When asked about her favorite beauty and fitness tips, she answered:
“I have a skin line called Soft Beauty Skin Care by Nicole Murphy. That is my favorite right now because I have this serum with hyaluronic acid that we are naturally born with and the older you get we don’t produce it anymore. I also have a vitamin E oil that helps with fine lines and anti aging. For fitness tips drink lots of water and stay away from the breads if you can. I like circuit classes because I get bored and I like to switch up my workouts all the time.”
In addition to her skincare line, Murphy is said to have a fitness video in the works.
