The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge were chilling in Jay Z’s living room last night (Dec. 8) at the Barclays Center. Before the Brooklyn Nets took home a 110-88 win over the Cleveland Cavaliers (alley-oops galore from Cleveland), Britain’s Prince William and Duchess Kate Middleton were introduced to American royalty, Beyoncé and Jay Z, during an extended stretch between the third and fourth quarters.
Despite some rude “go back to England” chants from some impatient fans, Kate and William’s presence were met with applause while the British flag was displayed around the stadium. Walking back to their seats cross-court, Jay showed off his air handles while Beyonce sashayed in front of him.
