There is no slowing down Jamaica’s Usain Bolt. Bolt smoked the competition on Saturday (Aug. 17) during the 200-meter race at 2013 World Athletics Championships in Moscow, Russia.
Bolt won his third 200m world title with a time of 19.66seconds. (He holds the 19.19s world record in the sprint, which he won at the 2009 world championships.) Jamaican teammate Warren Weir came in at 19.79s, while the U.S.’s Curtis Mitchell took home the bronze in 20.24 seconds.
Last weekend, Bolt won the 100m gold and will go for his fourth triple gold at a major championship on Sunday with his fellow Jamaican teammates in the 4×100 relay.
