A week ago, Beyonce returned to the front rows of newsstands when she graced the cover of Vogue‘s September issue. After fans indulged in the photos and words, the “Irreplaceable” singer returned to our screens with the cover shoot’s behind-the-scenes footage.
Within the 3-minute visual, directed by Tyler Mitchell, Queen Bey is seen in luscious pastures as she poses for the camera or cuddling her twins Rumi and Sir as Blue Ivy plays along. In her Vogue cover story, Beyonce opened up about the values and morals she wants to instill in her children.
“It’s important to me that they see themselves as CEOs, as bosses, and that they know they can write the script for their own lives – that they can speak their minds and they have no ceiling,” she said on her daughters. “They don’t have to be a certain type or fit into a specific category.”
On the subject of her son, the Grammy Award-winning artist said she wants him to embrace his emotions and walk confidently in his talents and beliefs. “I want to create better representations for him so he is allowed to reach his full potential as a man, and to teach him that the real magic he possesses in the world is the power to affirm his own existence,” she said.
