Rihanna is taking her talents out to Paris Fashion Week this fall to showcase her Spring 2017 Fenty x Puma collection, and for the rest of us who foolishly didn’t save our coins to make the trip to Europe with Riri, you can catch the full fashion show online, courtesy of Tidal.
After a very successful debut at New York Fashion Week back in 2015, Rihanna is back and excited to take her collaboration to all new levels. “It’s a dream for me to be able to present my second collection of Fenty Puma by Rihanna in Paris,” the trend-setter explained in a press release following the news. “I approached this season very differently and felt the theme and concept was best suited for one of my favorite cities, Paris.”
As far as what the theme and concept entails, that has yet to be revealed. But considering her previous line, it’s definitely expected to be a show-stopper. Rihanna recently showcased her debut fashion line in select Bloomingdales and Bergdorf Goodman stores. The collection includes lace-up leggings, cropped tops, and outwear jackets, as well as her signature creepers sneakers and fur flip-flops.
In February, the label’s earning increased 17.1 percent from the previous year, according to Bloomberg, and it’s anticipated it will only continue to rise. “She can sell sneakers and Puma is onto something here which we haven’t seen yet in the women’s area,” Puma CEO Bjoern Gulden said of his most-prized collaborator.
