After a brief stay in their last Los Angeles home, the Carters are moving on up and living even more lavish in a $45 million palace in Holmby Hills. Finding themselves in the same neighborhood that they were previously in with their 16,000 square-foot estate that was rented back in February, Beyoncé and Jay Z will now reside right up the block in their new spot that they’ll be renting for around $150K a month, TMZ reports.
The newly humble abode for the family happened to be owned by L.A. Dodgers owner, Frank McCourt who sold the house to a British billionaire in 2014 but since the homeowner was hardly in town to treat the place with care, the decision was made for it to be put out on the market to be leased. And then in came the Carters to sign a reported one-year lease to make their return official to the L.A. residential area.
The new spot is a definite upgrade from their last rental with 20,000 square-feet detailed with both an outdoor and indoor pool, gardens, waterfalls, and the whole nine yards to make the perfect playpen for Blue Ivy. Not too shabby of a follow up after their last situation, the Carters are now back in town.
