Plastered with a translucent “AMAZING” across the screen and a voiceover amplifying the exciting news (or so we thought), Beyonce let us know that her veggie lifestyle must be shared with the world.
“I felt like my skin was really firm; a lot tighter than when I deprived myself of food and got the weight off fast. And the weight stayed off,” the “***Flawless” singer chimed in the video. The 22-day vegan diet is allegedly her secret to keeping a naturally curvaceous body while keeping off extra, unwanted pounds.

Bey started the vegan diet back in 2013 with Marco Borge’s 22-day Vegan Challenge and has since followed the regimen.
The GMA segment also included word from vegan experts on why these sorts of diets are best for bodies and the associated health benefits. US Weekly magazine reported that the news might have been so disappointing due to speculation of a new album.
